Mirius management welcomes, encourages and celebrates our diverse workforce. Our company is our people and we recognise the talent, experience and hard work that our staff apply to our business every day.
Mirius management’s recognition of the value of a diverse workforce is exemplified by the policies governing our company’s treatment of employees as equitable and inclusive. These policies, and more, comprise Mirius’ accreditation to various international standards that assess issues of human ethics, such as SEDEX, EcoVadis and BRC (1).
Currently our workforce is comprised of nationals from over 30 countries – see Fig. 1. Right across the company, in all departments, our diverse workforce continues to move Mirius forward, so management recognises the need to provide a safe, respectful working environment for all.
