Mirius are delighted to announce the accreditation of two of its employees – Kasia Onochowska and Richard Hastings – as qualified Mental Health First Aiders (Level 3). Kasia and Richard recently attended the St John’s Ambulance training course in order to be equipped with the first aid tools and techniques designed to support fellow employees who are experiencing mental health crises. Qualification was dependent on passing the end of course written examination. Kasia and Richard join Monika Wilinska who already holds the Mental Health First Aider certificate in the Mirius Occupation Health Team. Our MHFA service is a key component of the wider Mirius Occupational Health Programme specifically designed to support and protect our employees in health-related matters.
