Mirius is delighted to announce that we have expanded our commitment of charitable support to our local community. On May 1, 2025, we made our first donation of products that we manufacture at our West Midlands site to the Coventry Foodbank (1). The Coventry Foodbank supported almost 21,000 people in Coventry last year and is the second foodbank in the Trussell Trust organisation Mirius is now supporting, the first is the Nuneaton branch. The Trussell Trust is a UK charity providing practical support to people during times of need and hardship (2).
How does Mirius support these foodbanks? Practically, Mirius collects, stores and delivers to the Foodbank sites surplus stock of hygiene and cleaning products that meet the same high-quality provided to our customers. Foodbank donations by Mirius are made on a monthly basis.
