Mirius’ Charitable Support 2024

2024 saw Mirius busy supporting a collection of chosen charities.

Mirius were delighted to follow through on an invitation to sponsor the NCC ladies team by the purchase of equipment and clothing and in so doing support long-running community sport.

At Mirius we are striving to demonstrate our commitment to the health and wellbeing of our employees via our specifically designed Occupational Health Programme.

Climate change, globalisation and urbanisation are latter day phenomena that are contributing to the dissemination of disease-carrying mosquitos to previously mosquito-free regions, including the UK.

Mirius attended the Net Zero and Energy Management Expo -EMEX  which took place at the ExCeL London on November 20th.

The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has declared that (at the time of writing) three case of mpox have been confirmed in residents of London.

Having applied for assessment of its ESG operation by the prestigious global sustainability rating organisation EcoVadis, Mirius was delighted to achieve a Bronze Medal rating.

DEFRA’s statement dated 3 April 2024: The UK has self-declared zonal freedom from avian influenza (AI) for GB with effect from 29 March 2024.

Mirius is delighted to announce that we have commissioned the planting of another collection of hundreds of trees in a Madagascan forest as promised by our Super Sapling Pledge.
